Abstract:
Ralchev complains that he didn’t get the scholarship for Italy and that someone else – some untrue friend of the Italians and Italy – wasted it. He also writes that he has published his essay about G. Carducci at his own expense, because of the sudden transfer of the president of the Italian-Bulgarian Association of Culture. As a result, he has exhausted his resources and is pressed to look for a new job, maybe abroad.
