Abstract:
Kolev congratulates Salvini for his assignment as a Bulgarian language professor and for his efforts to popularise Bulgarian culture. He sends an aticle of his own in case Salvini wishes to publish it in the Italian press. Kolev would appreciate if Salvini sends him an essay on the cultural relations between Italy and Bulgaria to be published in the Harmanliiski Obzor newspaper.
